Title: Unread Mail (1810)
Post by: Howard Alan Treesong on May 27, 2008, 08:40:14 AM: So, I went to bed at 9 PM last night and woke up at 1 AM. I've been trying to get back to sleep for over four hours now and it's just not happening. Time to shower up and face the day!

Taking bets on the size of my Unread Mail folder after two weeks out of the office...

Post by: Howard Alan Treesong on May 27, 2008, 09:32:55 AM: not sure. I'm not in pain any more after the surgery on Friday, and I passed some of it immediately after (though I'm not sure if I passed all of it)

I have a follow up meeting with a urologist this evening

I use Outlook and have Hell of filters. Hopefully I can get my mind wrapped around the current work situation inside an hour.

A year of forwarding later, everybody learned not to ask me questions and now I only get a few e-mails a day. It's wonderfull.

lol, i just deleted 34k unneeded emails from last year, and thats not all of them. just what isnt needed anymore.

I don't think I'm even going to go through them and see what's needed. I'm storing them on an external hard drive and if god forbid I ever need something from them, I'll venture into that mess.

You could install Thunderbird and organise your whole mailbox in less time than it takes for Outlook to download your new mail from the server.
