Sounds great, let's turn the boarder patrol into the MPAA's own corporate soldiers, with the ability to search and seize any electronic device they can get their hands on.

Its great to see they're focusing on the important stuff like copyright laws while trivial things like $99.2 trillion in unfunded entitlement liabilities get pushed aside:

So if I rip a CD THAT I LEGALLY PURCHASED to my laptop, I can be fined and have my laptop seized/destroyed? I'm not a violent person by nature but I would personally strangle the person/people who came up with this idea if I saw them on the street.
