Title: You know, I'm starting to kind of like my acne scars.

You've said this back as long as I can remember, and I've e-known you for at least five years. Your scars are always horrible in year n, but not so bad in year n-1.

What gives?

I thought I looked pretty bad five years ago, but now I'd give my autographed copy of Dijkstra's A Discipline of Programming* to look like that again.
