Title: 5/31/08 - What games did you buy this week?

I was traveling all week - not much time to game...

I did get;

I like it allot but really feel like its more of a simple download title. The maps are big, but I cant see where a BD ROM is needed. At times it will look like a PS2 game but its very fun once you learn it. As a $19.99 download this would feel better.

simple GFX but I love the Strogg and it reminds me of playing Tribes so im good. Online works ok on the PS3. I have played in some bad laggy games, but when I have connected to good games I havent had any issues for long 6+ map sessions.

They really needed dedicated servers for a game of this scale. 16 players max is kinda lame for this kind of a title. Gimme that 42 player dedicated server chaos.

Next week I am STILL trying to hunt down modern gaming raraties such as Castle Of Shikigami III and Wii Fit.

Lost Planet Colonies is great; more multiplayer modes for what was already a fun title.
Two versions of Battle Fantasia for maximum high-fantasy-swashbuckling fighting game ass-kicking!

Definately picking up LP: Colonies when it comes out.

So they have NG Black up on XBL marketplace as a classics download?

yes. it's a pretty meaty download though, 5.9 gig. Now my hdd is pretty full, but I wanted to play it soon and I didn't feel like looking around for a disc version. no regrets though, the game is incredibe

I just bought the Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Bundle.  Fragamemnon please help me when I get lost and confused thanks.  :-[

No idea.  Some people say maybe Aksys games might be bringing it out, but there's nothing official.  The game is certainly import-friendly regardless.

LP Colonies is already out everywhere.  It's for 360 and PC only.
