Title: How are the Darkman movies?

I blind bought the Darkman trilogy today at Wal*Mart. It was only $9 for three movies and I'm kind of in a superhero movie mood. I haven't really heard much about it at all, but what the hey. So is it any good? I'll probably watch the first one some time tonight.

Darkman II - Pretty lousy.
Darkman III - Cheesy, but not terrible.

Jeff Fahey can make a lot of things better.  Just look at the most recent and best season of Lost for proof.

Darkman: Original, is pretty great.  Its the best non-comic book comic book movie that immediately comes to mind.

Darkman is awesome.

My lady back then said I kept mumbling "Explosions! Masks! Revenge!" in my sleep. The entire night.

Yeah, it's that awesome.

The other two are disposable, but Darkman is irreplaceable.

First Darkman is great, cheesy fun! The second and third films were direct to video and it shows. Third one is kinda fun but I can't help but to laugh at Arnold Vosloo's awful perfomance as Darkman.

I watched it last night and it was pretty good. I can't imagine how Durant can possibly "return" for the sequel though.

Same.  Great movie.  I have a friend who just rolls every time I watches the pink elephant scene.  Sometimes when we drink, we'll put in the DVD and just watch that scene five or six times until we're laughing so hard we can hardly breathe.  "Just give me the damn PINK ELEPHANT!"

I dressed up like Darkman for halloween when i was in 4th grade.
