I spent a good 2+ years playing Duke3D with my childhood friend over the good ol' 56k dialup modem, so DNF is pretty much my holy grail of gaming.

Wow, that's extremely underwhelming.  :\  It really does look a lot like Prey.

I suppose one cannot pass judgement on such limited footage, but I'm not really digging any of the environments they are showing.

Eh, I'll give it a try out of morbid curiosity. At this point, if they're able to scrape together a mediocre game out of it, I'll be satisfied.
