Do a cache clear before you call MS, my friend had this issue and didn't realize it was the cache until the day before the coffin showed up.

That's the one where you press Y at the memory menu, right?

Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a messsage will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?
