- 15 more minutes of footage (111 minutes vs. 96 minutes)
- new score elements
- new and retouched special FX

I saw this movie three times in theaters, which is a personal record (I rarely see films even twice).

I've seen it at least five or six times on DVD. I love showing it to people who've never seen it before.

It's my absolute favorite PKD movie, as it were.

This movie absolutely rocks, and it came out a little over one year before The Matrix so haters and fanboys can't say "but they ripped off the other movie" (I've heard that one plenty of times).

But... how is PKD associated with this movie? There's no reference of his name anywhere in the IMDB...

hopefully this will fix the many many pacing issues which plague my enjoyment of this otherwise fine film

Just don't mind the hairstyles. Sewell's coif is a tad dated.

If that's what you want, there are far better films out there.

FWIW, I would have loved Dark City if they hadn't put the stupid 'warping' visual effect in the movie for the psychic battle stuff.  It's dumb and unnecessary and it plagues my enjoyment of this otherwise fine film

I can't wait for the director's cut to finally officially remove the initial voiceover narration :hyper

Yah, I know, but I'd enjoy the context of Connelly's jubblies in a fantasy setting. I've liked her in recent stuff, but going back and watching Labyrinth, there's a serious need for muppet-on-girl action in that movie. Maybe that weasel-knight thing. Rule 34 says that such a thing must exist.

Keep it a secret. I'm pretty sure any 1980's movie with Connelly in it, having sex, would be a underage minor crime, and you're about to Argento me big-time, but I'm OK with that.  :-*
