I was out at lunch today and stopped by Suncoast video. Brotherhood of the Wolf is amazingly hard to find in stores these days. I also wanted to nab Clerks.

Now usually I dont expect to buy much at Suncoast as everything is horribly overpriced, but today I was assaulted with a gajillion SALE stickers and walls and stacks of used DVDs (all in good condition). I ended up getting 4 movies for around 40 bucks, which is VERY good for Suncoast:

Well most of the NEW stuff on sale is down to NORMAL PRICE now lol, but the used stuff isnt a horrible deal since all the used movies I saw offered up for sale were in great condition. My AoD dvd looks pristine.

Mine has been having tv box sets buy one get one free, i might go there to pick up the SG1 sets cause they are only 33.99

MAF, do you have a Circuit City nearby?  My local CC had The Hulk at $3.99 in clearance bins.

Hulk was 5.99 at suncoast new so it wasnt too bad a loss either way.

i dont buy DVDs anymore, but if I did I would get them at Fry's.

Frys is so far away. I buy a lot there too. However I had to buy something!

Meanwhile, I was suprised to see my local Best Buy marking down a fair number of titles to $4.  Reservoir Dogs: Special Edition for four measley bucks?  Yes, please, thank you.  I also spotted Requiem for a Dream for the same price, but I'm sticking firm to my "It's good, but I never need to see that movie again" policy.

As for Suncoast, the only reason I purchased anything there in recent memory is because my local store was going out of business and they had My Neighbors the Yamadas for half price.

I do my DVD shopping at Future Shop (AKA Best Buy North, lolz). Today I picked up:

- Heat
- Brick
- Prison Break Season 1
