almost everyone likes to eat. but you're jump starting your body into another mode. your idea that you need to be satiated while still consuming less calories is what leads to half ass dieting and shitty commercial short cuts (subway!).
just take 2 weeks of strict diet (fruit in the morning for breakfast, small split up lunch, small, light dinner) and hardcore exercise. At least 40 minutes of aerobic exercise. you will see a massive change in body weight and metabolism. I guaran-fucking-tee it.

never go more than 4 hours without taking in a small meal.
the idea is to speed up your metabolism and create a calorie deficit :
i.e. the fact you have your body working all day breaking down smaller meals -added- to increased mild daily exercise will bring your weight down.
