In what direction are you looking to curb things?

See - the policy is that if a user ever ignores an Icon - that Icon is no longer and Icon and gets demoted....

A true Icon would never be ignored by a user....everyone should hang on the heels of suspense waiting on the next great Icon post.

I'm pretty sure lepers can't ignore icons (or maybe anybody) and that was a direct result of FoC being FoC.  I'm fine with regular members ignoring whoever they want, who really cares.
