I mean if youre gonna create a system that can control the weather....why allow the system to create seriously bad weather? Natural weather system can do that on its own. I mean now the future terrorists have control of something that can shoot lightning around.

I read several of the novels back in the early 90's, but I don't remember anything about them now.
