PHOENIX -- Shaquille O'Neal will lose his special deputy's badge in Maricopa County because of language he used in a rap video that mocks former teammate Kobe Bryant.

Or maybe it was just the other foul language and general douchebaggery. Is this how a "special deputy" presents himself? WTF does Phoenix care what he says about Kobe?
Maybe they have reason to believe that working along side shaq could be a hazard.

Im curious how they can punish a Phoenix deputy for his actions in NY. I have to review my Con law casebook but i remember this policeman who got busted for posting naked pictures of himself on the internet and he sued the Police department after he got kicked out.
