Title: Did someone forget to unlock the ToS thread when it was merged with the help?

Or is that intentional right now?

I wanted to ask if the site was running slow for anyone else today or if it was an issue on my end.

It's still going on, anyone know what the deal could be? It randomly (80% of the time) takes forever to load a page, then I'll click it in a new tab and it'll pop right up, then I'll click reply in that tab and nothing.

- restart pc
- reboot router
- delete browsing history
- use a different browser
- call isp
