No it's not. The action director/coordinator/whatever he's called from the classic Bourne films is working on it, not the director.

Some of the car chases are Bourne-esque, but nothing really strikes me as a Bourne ripoff. Bond goes out on his own? He does that every movie! He's been disowned by MI6 in like, the last three Bond flicks alone!

Anyway, trailer looks good. Daniel Craig is a refreshing new Bond.

That I do not know. Im not trying to spoil QoS for myself. I just read that Quantum = pseudo SPECTRE in an interview.
