Anyone else use blackberry? This is my first step into the wonderful world of mobile phones that arent free when you sign up.
So far it's a little confusing.

I use an 8300 for AT&T, but one of my co-workers uses the Verizon version. I love mine since work pays for it and the unlimited data. :D
Can we get a WAP EB?

I just returned my T-Mobile Dash for the Blackberry Curve 8320 (I loved Windows Mobile, but it was being a hassle with corporate and personal e-mail accounts not linked to Outlook). The Blackberry rocks. I got unlimited data to boot. Plus, this set has this feature that if my coverage is weak, but it's near Wi-Fi, it'll use Wi-Fi UMA to make calls instead of the mobile network. So if I'm in a basement and the signal sucks, it'll switch to Wi-Fi. Neat!

Wilco, do you use the gmail app or do you use blackberrys email app. I downloaded the gmail app and I seem to like it better, but I can't figure out how to configure the blackberry app to stop grabbing my emails

Blackberry for sure. It's quicker and consolidates my business and personal e-mails into one inbox.

What was that last thing you liked so much?
-
The Ocean!
... but Helio got bought out by Virgin Mobile, so I ditched it. I need something practical that lets me e-mail at work/on the fly. The Blackberry was the best solution. It consolidates my text messages and e-mails into one box. It was really easy to setup.

How do you get the Blackberry to pick up your gmail account?

I just added it from the main menu and it automatically setup the proper settings to pull from my Gmail. It was brilliant. Whereas it was like pulling teeth with the Dash.
