Title: Sixaxis screws me again, I need to get off my ass and get a DS3.

Jesus christ. So im playing Persona 3, and im in a tough fight, things are looking close. Then the Sixaxis in its infinite shitcrapcontrollerbluetoothfucktitude sends a false signal to the PS3 that puts my whole party in Rush mode and screws up the fight and I die.

I fucking hate sixaxis. Its fucking shit. Fuck you Sixaxis.

Does the DS3 fix the Sixaxis quirks?  Surprisingly I haven't had any sixaxis issues with this ps3, but on my first ps3 it was craptacular.

According to everyone ive talked to about it the DS3 doesnt send out false info. I generally only have these issues with PS2 games and watching movies.

i've had it while watching movies that it'll bring up the menu or fast forward :(

although the best thing about the ps3 is 1.5x FF on anything.  It makes every comedy scene at least 1.5x funnier

I have a launch PS3 which had tons of problems with the sixaxis dropping out, but both my DS3 controllers haven't had a single drop out.  I got my first one around when Uncharted came out, so I would say they are pretty stable.

the sixaxis is garbage.  the ds3 is a much better improvement.  i haven't had signal drops once.

I dont think the Sixaxis was ever fixed. The DS3 however doesnt have the problem period.

i feel you maf.  i'm still using a launch controller and it fucked up a few of my MGS4 sessions.

here i am trying to creep up on some dudes and BAM --- controller goes hayware and the stupid MGS4 alert sounds!
