jailbreak motherfuckers
Two episodes in one night :bow
I must say the first two episodes of this season were pretty damn solid. Very well paced and lots of action/revelations.

The intro to the season premier was awesome, and I can't wait for more info on these people. I wonder...ok, all the Dharma stuff on the island has basically been abandoned. So are these Others the remaining former members of that program? Perhaps they fled, created their own community away from the Dharma folks, etc. And if so, would that mean the actual Dharma program creators/supervisors are somewhere on the island too. Seems like a group is unaccounted for or something but I'm probably wrong.
Jack being knocked out by that chick=SMH
Sawyer being badass=:bow
I'd imagine they're going to try to get Jack to cooperate by making him even more pissed off with Sawyer.
jumped off the deep end smh

Mr. Eko :'(
What a fucking waste of a cool character. Getting killed by something we haven't seen since the first season just reeks of laziness to me, like they forgot the evil cloud and whoops, lets put it in right quick to kill off another person from the tail section of the plane.
I'm kinda getting tired of this revolving door. Everything concerning Ben is interesting but even that's getting repetitive. How many psychological experiments do we need, each one becoming more obvious. Especially the heart pace thing - I mean, they had to come to Jack to try to save that one chick, which confirmed there was no one in the facility capable of surgically placing a pace maker in Sawyer. So now what, Juliet wants Jack to believe Ben is a supremely evil man and must be killed...sounds like another experiment to test Jack's limits oh noes. GAY

I'm still upset about the Mr. Eko debacle but I must say, Not in Portland=omg. In fact outside of the Mr. Eko thing this season has been amazing. The pacing feels so much more stream lined than S2, which kinda moved along slowly until the end.
So...Juliet was brought to the island to help Dharma with their fertility problem. The women born on the island are infertile, and those who are on the island can't have children; bodes poorly for Sun. Maybe it's the magnetic power on the island I dunno. But this kinda explains why they were so interested in Claire. Clearly this is a very powerful organization with sway around the world - they could potentially import preggers women as easily as they import fucking polar bears.
Alex: fuck, I don't remember whether the French chick was pregnant when she landed on the island, or if she had already conceived. Either way...how is Ben Alex's father if he's been on the island his entire life, as he said? I assumed the father of the French chick's baby was on the expedition with her and died.

are you referring to the "monster" trying to pull Locke into the whole or whatever? don't remember what season that was

the smoke monster dude. the angry cloud or whatever you called it. in fact, it's shown clearly for the first time in season 2 while mr eko is right there staring it in its pretty little face. mm-mm-mmmmmmmmmm
IT'S STILL GAY

mr eko :'(
Oh, he wanted to leave? Anyone know why? I don't want to look it up just in case I stumble across spoilers

Ok, there's no way Ben is really Alex's father...assuming the French chick is the mom. I had forgotten that she was the one who first caught Ben.
Isabelle the cheeseburger :o :-*
So...Charlie is going to die according to Desmond. I thought it would be Claire so that's a bit of a surprise.
Still don't know whether to trust Juliet or not. She seems trustworthy I suppose but jeez, it could all be another "experiment", this time getting Jack to care about his new environment while resenting Kate and crew.

IIRC he didn't like filming in Hawaii. I think he wanted to be closer to his family or some garbage like that. He was one of my favorite characters, too, and I recall reading that they had big plans for him. It really sucks, but the show must go on. It stays good, though. Once you are out of the first 6 or so eps of 3, you are out of the rough spots in the series.
Jin, Libby, Ana Lucia, Mr. Eko all have something in common
BIG DAMN SPOILERspoiler (click to show/hide)
All dead (well at least I'm pretty sure about Jin) and all the actors had DUI's during their time in Hawaii. No mainstay cast members have died without at least some legal troubles or quarreling with the producers. People who work on Lost need to be extra careful not to bite the hand that feeds them.
emo claire :o :o :o :-* :-* :-*

So she's Jack's step sister? SMH too many coincidences. But omg why can't she be emo on the island? She looked amazing pregnant, and I loved her hair last season. But now her hair is all dumb. Dye it black again omg please
One eyed dude=lawl. But more laughable is Locke hijacking everything. I thought blowing up that house was an accident but whoops, guess not. Also, I wish I knew how much time it took them to find the other's commune. Seemed like a little less than a day.
Tom is pretty cool. I want to play football with him :)
The most interesting thing about the eye patch dude was his story about the Purge. Perhaps that was the "incident" alluded to in the orientation tape? Or maybe it happened long after that tape was shot. Either way I had figured that The Others were former members of Dharma who had escaped and created their own community. But then again the eye patch dude said some people on the island had been there for a very long time. Assuming Ben was telling the truth about being born on the island, original people could have been on the island long before the Purge.
Yea I watched the Man From Tallahassee. Great episode, outside of the laughable reveal of how Locke became crippled. Really?

The interaction between Locke and Ben was great. For once Ben wasn't totally in control of a situation, his envy and (possible) fear of Locke undeniable. Yet despite that he still managed to get Locke to play his game by destroying the sub. It was like a great chess match.
It'll be interesting to see the explanation for how (and more importantly: when) Dharma got his dad

I finished* S3 last night. The last few episodes were beyond good, and the finale was GREAT (although the last couple minutes were ehh)

Everything reached a higher plane once Juliet joined the crew. I didn't trust her and honestly still have reservations (although by the end Ben was convinced she switched). And speaking of Ben, giving him more screen time this season was a great decision. There wasn't as much "Locke vs Ben" tension that I wanted but the scenes that were there were great. After killing Naomi (what a hairy chick wtfff) and trying to get Jack to stop fucking things up he went back into the jungle. Is he going to take over the "others" now that Ben has been properly humiliated? I want to know more about Jacob too, if he exists (I thought I saw someone in the chair for a second). Maybe Ben has a split personality or some shit and can speak in a different voice :o
And speaking of Locke: The Brig was another awesome episode, and perhaps the beginning of Locke's exodus from the plane crew. Having Sawyer kill his father in order to learn more about the island seemed like a turning point for the character, but then again he did sacrifice Boone. But this season he just seemed more unhinged than normal, doing everything and anything to satisfy his own goals. Fucking selfish bastard, but I love em.
Sawyer also became the true badass he claimed he was. Killing the Other Sawyer and Tom (i liked Tom :'()...omg
Like I said last night, Charlie became much more interesting in his final days, and during the finale I almost cried :'(
anyway, the WTF Point: Jack...and Kate talking about getting back to the island. Apparently Jack read about someone from the crew dying (maybe Sawyer?) and Kate mentioned she had to get back home to be with someone (again, maybe Sawyer?). Ehh? So is S4 just a giant flashback of how they got off the island, and then later they go back or some shit? wtf this would have been a painful cliffhanger to have to wait a year for a resolution.
