Finishing Resistance, starting up Gears of War again, going to finish Secret Agent Clank, then play a lot of that Naruto PS3 demo.  I hope the Operation Troy demo is silver now.

Metal Gear 4- On the last chapter which I am sure is filled with loads of cutscenes with snippets of gameplay.

Lots of Rom Hacks- Playing romhacks of all kinds. My new job has given me a lot of free time to play some handhelds. Current hack I'm playing at the moment: Mega Man Exhaust, a decent complete MM2 level hack with changes to boss patterns and music. It's tough but not Evil Mario levels of insanity.

Nevermind, shit hack. Came across two levels with gamebreaking flaws. Onto the next one, Super Mario Adventure. This one actually looks like there was some effort put into it.

AGEOD's newest wargame was just released a couple of hours ago, I'm going to go and purchase and download it right now. They are one of the premiere historical wargaming companies and I just love their work (and the support for all of their games has been fantastic).

Also playing through a modified Comintern campaign for an golden oldie-Panzer General 2 on my laptop.

I'm playing Masturbaten Kaitos.

The voice acting is so bad, and the storyline is typical uninspired jrpg fare, but the card based combat is SO GOOD

Can finally move on to something else now that I've finished Lost Odyssey.  Whew.  Finishing a JRPG almost feels like a chore sometimes.

This weekend, it'll be mostly:

and maybe replays of some parts in MGS4 if I have time.  I just kinda breeze through some sections casually the 1st time.

Ninja Gaiden 2: Picked it up yesterday. Awesome awesome game. I just love it when I kill everyone in the room and not move Ryu, and then he kind of whip the blood from his sword. Tasty :drool

Etrian Odyssey 2: This game is playing me. Jeez fuck it's so hard but so rewarding. I'm still at the 1st floor lol. Grinding is actually fun.

Unreal Tournament 3: Meh. Just need to play it more so that I can write a proper review. I'm not liking it.

Bangai-O Spirits: :bow :bow :bow Favorite game this gen. Designing some maps (already done Metroid and Goomba).

Don't know.  I haven't really played ME yet.  Based on what I've read, my reaction to it would probably be lukewarm.
The graphics of the PC version look fantastic though.  You know how much graphics matter to me!

I enjoyed LO quite a bit but that last part was really tedious.  There were some 2-3 hr long segments with only 1 save point in between.  That's just bad game design.

Did you pay $9 on top of trade-in value?  It's still 19.99 used at my gamestop.

No. The Gamestops around here had these bargain bin displays for the past week or two. The games in there usually have a sticker on the spine telling you the price. Most games are either $9 or $16. New copies, not used. I also bought Katamari Damacy (for me) and Sonic Heroes (for my nephew) for $9 each.

So they updated F1 Championship Edition a while back with rumble, better online game and some other tweaks.

This is really still my fav racing game this gen - it looks great in motion, the sense of speed is good and the accelerating/breaking with the right stuck is amazingly tuned. The steering feels like natural impulse and its perfect when you need to make quick moves on turns or when passing. The collisions feel realistic and I like that its easy to smash up the small F1 car and be forced to retire.

fucking I never see the yellow flag car and always pass because im going too fast..

Metal Gear Solid 4: way better than I expected, unlike Uncharted this exclusive feels like it's its own thing. Better graphics and art too. Enjoying it a lot so far, totally lost track of time playing it this morning (so great pacing).

So today i started Assassins Creed again after all this time, started a new game. But this time i changed the rules, i took the HUDs off, the map, all that crap.

I'm playing the game "nude" and damn, this game really becomes something else, it becomes so immersive, and you start paying more attention to your surroundings and how pretty the game is.

I'm having a blast so far, and the game looks amazing, probably the best looking game of the gen yet imo.

Everything I planned failed.  I just stopped playing Resistance because I remembered how bad the ending was.  I got bored of Gears since I was playing co-op with someone who didn't talk and would never revive me when I was downed; and I couldn't get anyone else in since the only person online in my friends list was playing Lost Odyssey.  I don't feel like playing PSP.  I'm bored.  Shit, and I just noticed the cleaning lady moved all my PC games off my shelf.  I'm just gonna play through STALKER again.

I have played:

KOF '98 (arcade)- The place downtown doesn't have Ultimate Match for some dumb reason, they have classic '98.  So I played some games n' WHUPPED originalz and some random Japanese dude who came with his girlfriend.  Dude sucked, but despite this, he'd keep taunting me anyway.  He was a nice guy, but his girlfriend looked SO BORED.  Why do people bring their girlfriends to arcades?   ???

Fate Unlimited Codes (arcade)- Just for a bit.  There was a new character unlocked this week, which is good since the roster feels a little small.  Saber is awesome.

KOF '98 Ultimate Match (PS2)- Vs. originalz after the arcade.  He kept getting me with some cheap-ass Choi shit.   :'(  imma get him for that.

KOF MI Regulation A (PS2)- MORE KOF.  I got my revenge for UM in this game.  Makoto and Fio = OWNAGE.

KOF Neowave (Xbox)- Even MORE KOF.  Just for a bit; I love having all these KOF games with different rosters and game play.

Soul Calibur 2 (Xbox)- So WHY would I want to buy Soul Calibur 1 on XBLA, when I can play SC2 instead?  The game gas a 720p mode too, plus I can play in widescreen if I want to play in 480p.  And there's more modes, characters, and such.  This game should have just been made an Xbox Original title.

Street Fighter AC (Xbox)- A bit of Hyper SF2 after playing the SSF2T HD Remix beta.  The original game feels much, much smoother than HD Remix does.
