Title: Does anybody else put on their own fireworks show?

I have put on a fireworks show for my family since I was 13. Now my "little" show has stuff in it that rivals what the town where I live (Pop. 1,900+) put on earlier tonight. This year's show has 2 cakes (slang for aerial repeater) that weigh around 35 pounds each. Early next year, I'm gonna go for a pyro license in the state of Ohio (Kentucky does not have one) for the express purpose of buying HUGE, HONKIN fireworks at NON-HUGE, HONKIN prices.

So come on in this thread and share whatever anecdotes you may have about the greatest thing China invented other than Jackie Chan.

And this time early tomorrow morning, there will be MONDO pics of tonight's show in this thread.
