thanks to a healthy independent developer scene and large regions of the world where the PC is the only real platform for gaming, we're somewhat immune to this.I guess I should feel bad for console gamers though, it sure seems like you're watching your own accelerated version of Idiocracy play out right before your eyes.

I don't like the idea of buying another addon, especially since Wiimote + Nunchuck is already $60... and Nintendo is the "cheap" system, their console is cheap and games are $10 cheaper, but they nickle and dime you when it comes to the peripherals. 1:1 could be cool, if developers can figure out how to use it well...
So its $90 all together to have the Wiimote Nunchuck and 1:1?
