Yeah...I'm now less stressed and eating better. My old job had me eating like shit and stressing out, guess that was holding me together.

What is Crohn's Disease?
Crohn's Disease is an Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and auto-immune condition of the small intestine. Many suggest Crohn's Disease is an advanced case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome that has progressed to this inflammatory and immune related stage. Nope, not in the classical sense anyway, I do have "episodes" but it's not like I shit myself.
I have the pain, and i know trouble is on the way.
comes and goes, but the last run lasted a two good weeks of mind numbing pain.

Tips for colonoscopies by me:
start the easy bowel stuff (fleet) a few days before so you dont clean yourself out all in one night. Its impossible to clean it out good in one night. They have premixed jugs already for it that you can get. Do not get the enema ones. Get the drinkable ones. Its nasty as hell but you gotta stomach through it.
Get depends or stay over the toilet after you drink this shit. Your ass will pucker and spew more than you ever thought possible. Dont hold it in cause it holds up the process.
Do not eat meat for a few days. Eat greens and grain if you can for two days before you get the camera shoved down the pooper.
And stay up when they do it. Its cool to watch.
I've had 9 so far since i was 12 they arent bad. But damnit my ass is worn out.

Eating healthy only sucks for the first few weeks. My low carb diet is easy now that ive done it a while.

1 when i was 12 to see if i had chrones or if it was stress due to a custody battle with my parents.
7 for when i was going through stomach cancer crap. The masses on the inside of the stomach droped into the intestines.
1 for a yearly check up back in october.

I had one years ago, and it was fine, my ass whistled dixie for many hours after due to all the air they blew up there, I know what period cramps feel like (sorry ladies)
I'm gonna do the fleet thing, if anything this is gonna be a good chance to drop some good quick weight (lack of food and cleansing)
