While I'm genuinely happy for you, I'm concerned there may be a catch. That's alot of bucks cheaper.

The other place was a little "ritzier" built as and billed as "luxury", where as this just seems to be the project of two people dedicated to building a nice place to live. The land lady was great. It's also a 3bdr, so we saw a price range from like 2500-3500.

Now go set up my sofa couch.
