Title: Outlook Problem: I'm NOT SENDING SPAM!

So I'm using a PHP form to send myself contest entries in an e-mail. Because I get so many entries, Outlook thinks they're spam. This isn't a problem except that it's stripping out the text from the e-mail. I've added the address and the domain to safe senders list, but it keeps tagging them as spam and wiping the contents. Thoughts?
