Look into the Sansa line from SanDisk. You can get an 8GB one for $150 and it takes microSD. Has radio, voice recording, pic/video support

I listen to music + illegal downloaded shock jock talk in my bed, so I need something that can hold good amount + stable and durable to be thrown half way across a room.

Also working with iTunes would be nice.

Also a sleep timer is an ABSOLUTELY FUCKING MUST. Plus a screen.

I have a Creative Zen Nano, but I don't think it has a sleep timer. I do love it, though.
