I got diarrhea from something, so it was either that, a cheese stick, a slice of roast beef, or playing the Lair demo.

sorry to hear that.  i had the runs last week and i literally passed out on the toilet.  no good.

It isn't too bad.  It seems to be all fine now.  I'm not making this up, but after I deleted the Lair demo from my PS3 my belly stopped hurting.  It was almost like a sign.

not lunch time yet here in Japan, but my last meal (dinner last night) was ratatouille with chorizo. It's easier to cook than to spell!

post-lunch update: Roast lamb & egg salad, Chicken stewed in red wine with lyonnaise potatoes etc, dessert plate at the awesome French brasserie near my office. best deal in Tokyo!

Got some McDonald's today, I always think it's going to be better than it actually is.  :-\  The only thing I can really enjoy from there is the Southwest Chicken Salad. :drool
