Oh shit.  A new Robocop.

PLEASE DON'T MAKE SHIA LEBEAUF A SIDEKICK.

Medavoy is adamant 3D hasn’t even been discussed.

“I don’t think that’s even come up,” he said.

The only thing wrong with the first Robocop was the CG. Everything else still holds up well. Even the executive sucking the securitys titties while blowing cocaine.

robocop's timelessness is in part due to verhoeven's style. i'm not sure what the point of a remake is.

It doesn't need a reboot. R1 and R2 were perfect.

I don't really know why they're rebooting the franchise, but I'm still looking forward to the movie.
