Title: help please (tv on the fritz)

so my friend's sony grand wega won't turn on.  the LED blinks 10 times.  No sound or picture.

It's a Sony kdp65ws550.  Does anyone know where I can find out what the blinks mean or where i can call to get info?  Thanks
