Title: When mothers turn out to be right
Post by: Bildi on July 31, 2008, 08:14:52 PM
Was talking to my mum last night on the phone (I don't know how the topic came up):

Me: "I haven't been for a crap for a few days."
Mum: "Oh my, you always used to be so regular!  You shouldn't do that, you can get poisoning!"
Me: "That's ridiculous mum, it'll be fine.  I've been like this for a few months, I just don't always have the chance to go when I want".

Well, she sure showed me.  I slept quite poorly, I've been dizzy all morning, felt pretty ordinary in the stomach, and have been to have a crap three times already - and it's only 10am.

Dammit mum.  >:(

But I do!

Seriously, I eat really healthy and I exercise every day.  I've just been slack on the toilet breaks, and now I'm paying for it. :(

I just realised, I ate red meat for about the last four or five dinners which I never really do (I did some bulk bachelor-style cooking on the weekend).  Maybe that's the problem.

Otherwise, I really like where this thread is going.

Can you eat kangaroo meat?  I always thought they looked delicious.

Real talk.

You should fully cook your meat. Won't be so red anymore.

You'll thank me later.

Apparently kangaroo is the leanest red meat in the world.  I've never eaten it but I used to buy roo meat for my dog.  Not so much anymore because it really, really, stinks when you cook it.

I think you're on to something.  I've always cooked my red meat well done, but a week ago I found some nice meat and I've experimented with cooking it medium well.  I've never eaten so much red meat in such a short period of time, plus it was less cooked than I'm used to.

It's all coming together.

You mean it's clumping again?

How do you have your red meat Cohen?  Or are you a vegetarian?

You mean it's clumping again?

It's flowing quite normally actually.  There's just a lot of it.  I think there'll be another session sometime today.

I've just been slack on the toilet breaks, and now I'm paying for it. :(

I don't get to chose when I go. Poop is my dictator in that regard. When it's time, it's time.

I had a friend who went through something similar, he was cramped up and sick for a week before he realized he hadn't taken a dump in as much time. I don't know how you could go a week and not notice that, but different strokes I suppose.

My bowels have dictated when I go as well, right up until a few months ago.  I was kind of enjoying the freedom of only going every couple of days or more, but it's not so much fun now.
