Pro tip-when hiring GM's, you want people that are both good at customer support (attentive, polite, very thick skin, responsive) in addition to people who like your game. Not people who just like MMOs and their ugly underbelly subculture too much (which seems to be the case here).

i reported a few bugs this weekend and i may as well have been talking to a bot.

however, the game remains a lot of fun.  my second priest char hit 40 this morning waiting for the rental office to open
