Title: Morgan Freeman in critical condition after car accident

Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman was seriously injured in a car accident in Mississippi on Sunday night according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Police report that Freeman, 71, was driving eastbound on Highway 32 near the town of Ruleville, Miss., around 11:30 p.m. when his car left the road and flipped several times.

Police say Freeman and a female passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle and the actor was flown to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn., where spokeswoman Kathy Stringer said he was listed in serious condition. There was no word on the condition of the passenger.

If Freeman passes, who will be the most magical negro of them all? Denzel doesn't quite have it in him. I think it could be Lawrence Fishburne, if he got himself back into shape.

Yeah, Denzel is just plain too picky with his roles. Freeman is a bit like Christopher Walken.

During my 4th viewing of Dark Knight I actually remember thinking about what would happen if Morgan freeman were to pass away. Damn thats a shitty coincidence.

Shit.  I hope he is alright.  Morgan Freeman is an amazing actor and one of the best narrators out there.  He can't go until he narrates his own life story.
