Title: KyotoBore: good gamestore to buy a (modded) wii cheap

I'm in Kyoto with a friend, visiting my brother. My brother's friend is looking to buy a wii since it's about 100euros cheaper here, preferably modded so he can play PAL games too.

ah, are there any good and cheap gamestores in Kyoto for used wii's?
