I played the demo and it was "eh"
does it pick up?
-
Hell no.
-
Nope. The graphics are dated and neither the story nor the gameplay is enticing.
-
The hand to hand combat was better than oblivion IMO. THere was also much satisfaction into kicking enemies into spike walls and cutting off heads/limbs. There are 3 classes you can choose from. For $10, it's definitely worthy of a play through. After you finish the game, you should agree with me.

I've had the CE for months. Bought back when Circuit City had a fire sale on PC games. $5. Came in this giant fucking box too :lol
Still haven't installed it.

It's worth $10, do it. I'm reinstalling it right now.
-
oh...i was thinking 360 version for some reason. thanks

If you have a problem with kicking, unbind 'kick'. This is as dumb as people complaining about first-person aiming in Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes or Vita-Chambers in Bioshock.

The PC version still has bugs--rather unpredictable freezing bugs that vary system to system. I, for example, can't play it on my main machine at all. It freezes about 5 minutes in. I've played it at length previously, and it's a better game than Oblivion, but you are rolling the dice on trying it.

I thought the 360 demo was hugely meh, but a friend and I played quite a bit on his PC and it was an assload better than the demo. I think it's worth $10 easy if that's your thing.
-
The 360 version is completely different than the PC version.

The 360 version is completely different than the PC version.
That would explain it.

It's okay, but it's no Two Worlds.

I bound kick to my right mouse button. It's quite effective.
