It's kind of neat to sit back and watch this whole place grow. But could you imagine discussing virology, music, literature, etc. back then with that crew?

It was pretty much a soap box for a few individuals to discuss very mainstream movies (Borat! The Departed!), troll the few people that cared (Bz, BlackStallion) and hopefully have a decent discussion or two.

I can't empthasize enough how slow everything was. We have two forums that carry their weight in terms of daily discussion, but back then we had one forum that wouldn't even reach the second page on certain days.

Also, moderating it was much more of a headache back then than it is now.

Everyday there was something happening, mostly late night hijinks. Oh Bz! Got us through the forum growing pains.

Bz harassing Cloud on IRC via not so subtle innuendos and come on's and cloud reacting were hilarious.
