Title: Is the Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition for GC worth buying?
Post by: bagofeyes on August 17, 2008, 01:05:08 AM: I saw it second hand for like 9000 yen ($90 about?). I wanna play Majora's Mask, but is it glitchy?

The title screen is very cool though.

Post by: Positive Touch on August 17, 2008, 03:36:13 AM: it's worthless for MM. the game randomly freezes, and because of its saving system the game becomes unplayable. you'll have to go back in time after every little thing just to save, or risk doing a crapload of stuff over again when your game crashes. also the framerate sucks. don't know how the wii version is.

Not yet, no... I'm sure it'll be on eventually. Majora is the only Zelda I have yet to play, so I'm greatly anticipating it too... was scared away from the collector's edition due to all the bugs people have been talking about.

Which emulator? All the ones I've tried run even assier than on the GC (tho admittedly I didn't have that many freezing instances).

Not that I want to play it or anything, but just curious if there are any good emulators in general.
