Distant, Mupepe, MAF, and other Bluray fans. List of twenty or more would be great.
I own:
Ratatouille
Memento
I would like to round out my collection. Any ideas?
-
American Psycho
Pan's Labyrinth
The Orphanage
2001: A Space Odyssey
The Pirates movies look really really great if you are into those
Uh, those are some of my favorites off the top of my head. I'll list more when I can remember.

Blade Runner: The Final Cut

Blade Runner: The Final Cut
i came in here to say this. never seen it, but it's a pretty cool package.
-
300
Planet Earth
-
planet earth looks amazing--i saw it running on a huge hdtv and i came. if you get that make sure you get the bbc one because there's also something else called just earth or something, and it's similar, but a totally different show
-
Oh yeah, definitely planet earth.
Blade Runner too if you're into it.
I would say skip 300 though. The visuals don't have that wow effect IMO thanks to all the filters used. It looks too grainy to really benefit from HD that much. Plus.... too much slo-mo!

Patton :omg
Kung Fu Hustle
-
Hellboy!
-
hows 2001 on bluray?

-
Big Trouble In Little China when (not if !!) it comes out.
-
American Psycho
Batman Begins (It's, like, identical to the HD-DVD transfer, though)
2001, BITCH, GET IT
Gattaca
Import Brokeback Mountain
-
The ones below looked great. www.highdefdigest.com is the best for Blu-ray reviews and bargains.
The Orphanage
Harry Porter Box of Shame
No Country for Old Farts
Casino Royale
Fifth Element
-
I've got Pan's and Blade Runner in the mail from Amazon right now. Can't wait.
-
what are blu rays going for on ebay, on average?
i'm thinking about selling a bunch of mine
i bought a ton back during the format war when everyone was going nuts with buy one get one sales, and a good 25% of the ones i bought are sitting there still sealed
just not much into collecting movies anymore

PM what you have? I'm nuts about collecting Blu-rays. I should have at least 100 in my collection by the end of this year.
-
i'll make a list tonight, i have about 75, probably gonna sell about half that and just keep the classics i'll watch over and over

Casino Royale
Justice League The New Frontier
Gotham Knights
Blade Runner
Talladega Nights (free with my PS3)
Spider-Man trilogy
Goodfellas
Gattaca
Die Hard
Die Hard 3
Planet Earth

75?
Shit man, if each of those only cost $25, you've spent almost $2000 on Blu-Ray movies.

I think Eel took advantage of all those bogo deals during the HD format war.

we have a moviestop here in town (owned by gamestop), and last year they ran a trade deal where you could trade in 4 used dvds for a new DVD release up to $20, or put that $20 towards a blu ray (or HD DVD at the time) reserve
i traded in a ton of old dvds and put the credits on generic reservation slips, finally ran out of those in july - that makes up a good 1/3 or more of the blu rays i own, so i was only paying about $10 a piece cash out of pocket
the rest were bought from those b1g1 deals from amazon's crazy sales last year - for instance, i only paid $40 for the first four harry potter movies
and five came free from the mail-in coupon from buying a ps3
i have only paid full price for about 3 blu rays
-
all that's over now, though :(
can't see myself paying $30 a pop for new blu rays, so i think i'm all done collecting until they bring the prices down to less than insane levels
-
The death of HD-DOA has been terrible for fans of the FullHD experience. Blu-ray prices have sucked ever since they lost their only competitor.
-
Mad Men season 1 - It's so cheap and it looks fantastic.
Dark City
Cloverfield
-
Full list of everything I own:

Some favorites:
Mad Men season one
Planet Earth
Volver
Blade Runner
Ratatouille
The Lives of Others
Persepolis
Weeds seasons 1-3

Hmm I was always blown away by Kingdom of Heaven. Added length makes it good, and Orlando Bloom is even more dreamy in 1080p.
