Steam just announced that they're going to have Dawn of War II, which isn't surprising since they have DoW and the all the Expansions, but it is surprising that they'd announce it this far in advance.

they've had Clear Sky announced through steam forever as well

So wasn't the whole point of no Tyranids in DOW1 that the engine wasn't capable of doing justice to their "scale" and that they wouldn't be put in until the game could accommodate their huge armies? What happened?
