Blue: The gif might look a little nicer if you had the milk drop fall off and disappear instead of just wonking up and down like that. Just a suggestion, though!

I'll try it out. The looping animation is jarring. Having just acquired Ulead, I'm looking through the functions. But I'm guessing you would mess with the opacity in Photoshop to make it disappear?

Nah.
In photoshop, I'd just move the tear layer down below the edge of the image. That way it runs off completely. when it's all the way down, have the image loop.

Nah.
