So I cancled, rather "put on hold" my account at the beginning of the month. I was getting Too Human and didn't think I'd play any games they'd send me.
So I told them I'd like to cancel my account, they said ok, ship the games you have back in the envelopes we sent them in.
So today, I see a charge for 109 bucks on my Visa.
Apparently the games I sent back were broken.
Uhhhh, ok, so that's pretty fucking stupid,
A) They got broken in transit, its not my fault the packing they told me to ship back in isn't enough to keep the games safe.
B) I have no proof that the games are in fact broken, and they're not just charging me 100$.
They want to give it back to me in credits, but fuck that, I'm not dealing with their shady ass anymore.
Fellow Canadian EBers, avoid this site like the plague!

They charged it to your Visa? Call the CC company and dispute the charges.

I use gameaccess, and the packaging they use is pretty sturdy. I have no idea how the games managed to get destroyed.
