Yokai Attack sounds really cool. I need to pick that up. I've been interested in Japanese folk demons for a while, and I've been tempted to start watching one of the GeGeGe no Kitaro series just for the featured yokai.

That dude is a friend of many of us Tokyobores btw. Really nice guy. His main job is translating for games, but he does a lot of fun stuff on the side, like working as an extra for Takashi Miike zombie movies and what not.

Andrew and Matt are friends IRL too. There aren't many gaijin working in games in Japan, but they all know john tv ;)

Yeah, Che actually recommended the book to me.  It's a really cool book.  Everyone the least bit interested in Japan should probably nab this.  It's fun stuff.
