What do you expect?  I am assuming the Telegraph is lacking funds due to all the AIDS treatments they are probably paying out for employees.  It's a miracle they can still operate.

There are different strains of HIV.  This has been known for ages.

So Brits have the gene variant, with more frequency than most ethnic groups, except for Norther Europeans, and somehow they're AIDS magnets?
