Title: E-mail marketing firm suggestions?
Post by: GilloD on September 09, 2008, 10:17:56 AM
Anyone used a great firm for e-mail marketing? We're swapping from Campaigner. Their prices are the best, but the software is horrible, their customer service is rude and they're stingy with access. I'm eyeballing Campaign Monitor but was wondering if any of you cats had a suggestion

i don't have any suggestions, but i'm curious.  what do you look for in a email marketing software toolkit?  content manipulation and easy user manipulation, right?  or are there considerations i am not thinking of?

edit: i guess scheduling

We used to deal with a Canadian software company that was rude and stingy. They offered nothing but headaches, but because the technology was so new nobody else made what we needed. Moral of the story is don't work with such a company.
