Watch Undeclared?
Ok, will do.
My laptop?
anything contaminated by it, yes.
Can I do it after watching Undeclared?
-
How did you manage? That must have taken two hours.
-
13 hours :hyper

i'd kill for apatow to do an HBO series
-
Undeclared is good. Just don't go in expecting it to be Freaks good. And it's pretty much a straight comedy. I think it's a really fun show with only 1 or 2 meh eps.
At this point, I kinda wish Apatow had stuck to TV.
-
Freaks and Greeks was great. I'm sad that there wasn't a season two though. :(
-
Freaks and Geeks is great. The ending is really sad because I do want more, especially more of Danny interacting with the Nerds.
Undeclared is a take or leave it show for me. It was entertaining and all, but the characters were all pretty bad and none of them matched the quality of even minor Freaks and Geeks characters. This wouldn't be that big of a problem if they didn't try to shoehorn in character development all the time. Actually, I forgot about Perry, so there is one great reoccurring character on that show.
-
Definitely agree there, Undeclared isn't a patch on Freaks and Geeks but it's still better than most things you could watch.
-
no

I'm so bummed there's no season two. :(

I think it's kinda good that way. The series has a sort of ending, and America has the bad habbit of dragging TV shows out to interminable lengths. I do not believe they could have maintained that level of quality very long.

Yeah I know, but the last episode didn't feel like an ending. Too many loose ends.
-
To an extent, yes, but I thought the show felt "real" enough that loose ends were understandable. Loose ends exist in real life, and at its best, Freaks and Geeks REALLY reminded me of real life.
No doubt the team got shafted, but I think the hastily assembled finale was as good as can be expected.
-
Somehow it was nice, all the loose ends, all the potential. You could dream away, thinking about what will happen to them.
I guess it's just my desire for more of a good thing that gets me bummed.

Watch Undeclared?
Ok done, let's keep the ball rolling, what's next?
