Title: NYC Dudes- Any copies of Rock Band 2 in the wild?

I'm having a party on Saturday. I'd like to have Rock Band 2 for it. What're my odds? I'm willing to troll Chinatown.

Are people selling it early or something? Everyone seems to have it now for some reason.
