I had to park on the street last because my family was in town. Well to make a long story short my fucking car wa fucking broke into. They completely destroyed a window, and fucked up my dashboard trying to get the radio out. The fuckers probably cuaed over $500 worth of damage trying to get a $50 radio that the thief will probably get $10 for at a pawn shop.


And the icing on the cake is that the fuckers took my monopoly board game.

If I was there I would have fucking shot the fucking deadbeat scum.

I had my box with 2 12' subs, all my cds, a $130(and most favorite pair ever) of Oakleys, and a pair of jeans stolen from my car in the parking lot of a bowling alley. Thanks to my friend who didn't lock his side. :maf

I always wondered what I would do if I caught someone trying to rob me.  I expect myself to act to a bitch, but hopefully I would sweep kick him.

A bunch of guys (who were uninvited in the first place) came over to our apartment for a party and tried to jack some of our DVDs in the middle of the party.  My roommate, who is an ex Marine, saw them do it.  As they tried to scurry for the exit, he called them out.  They tried to run away and were halfway to their car but my roommate caught them and started beating the shit out of the one stealing the DVDs.  Finally the douchebag admits he stole the DVDs and gave them back.  Roommate collected the DVDs, went back inside, and acted like nothing happened.

I imagine I would do the same.  I think shooting is way too over the top but an ass beating is required.  People have to learn that stealing is wrong and I think a black eye is a great lesson.

i was once having a party and a whole bunch of shit got stolen from my room.  they ripped one of my posters too, which i admit was pretty funny considering they already fucked me over and had nothing to gain by doing so.

Beat the shit out of them would probably help the immediate satisfaction, but I would probably start worrying that the guys would come back and now have some vendetta to do worse this time.  I remember talking about this with an ex-roommate who said how he would permanently injure the guy to make sure they don't return.

That is a good point but it has been well over a year since that happened.  Maybe we just got lucky.

No dice here. My "robbery" was pretty much a case where they broke in and demo'ed the joint, along with all my musical gear. They took a few things, but none were ever recovered.
