i went to a few places hoping for the of montreal 7"

alexandria, va has failed me.

i don't want to go to dc for it, because the people who run the "indie" record store kind of scare me.  the last time i went in there, the owner had half a jewfro and half a shaved head.  a Handlebar mustache and blood shot eyes like he spent all night "f5"ing pitchfork.

i got the last copy they had here.  It came with one of those codes for a free digital download.  So did my copy of Dig Lazarus Dig.

sadly, typically those have odd bitrates (my of montreal one was 192, my CSS one was 256)

so to save myself the time and trouble of ripping my own copies, I just pirate them from the internet
