this is collapsing because Palin and her husband won't give evidence.
and plus pressure to do this -after- the election?

so... we have a screwed financial set up because we ignore regulations etc, and this is sort of be an encouraging sign that Palin and party will simply brush aside stuff?

Is this a joke party like The Monster Raving Looney Party in the UK?

Well golly gee.  Before she was a vice president candidate, she was super-happy to go along with the investigation.
An investigation that was overwhelmingly approved by a republican-packed state legislature (12-0, on the ethics board, 8 elephants in favor).  She was protesting her innocence, our local media was digging into the story.  It all looked kinda fishy a few months ago, and her suddenly obstructionist attitude ain't helping.
