Title: Moving Sale
Post by: Eric P on September 22, 2008, 04:04:57 PM
I have to get rid of a ton of books and such in light of my unemployment and my moving to NYC.

Make an offer.  Anything I don't sell here will be put on ebay.

these are all trades.  i'm not really into single issues.

The Punisher Max - HC 1-4.  This is all of the available Garth Ennis Punisher collected in Hardcover.

UPDATED
Runaways - HC -2-3, This is all three of the Brian K Vaughn penned issues of the series.

Supreme Power- Vol 1-2 This is essentially The Justice League with boobs and the word "fuck."  Written by J Michael Stravinsky.  It collects all of the Max issues and also the Hyperion miniseries.

X-Men: First Class - HC.  This is the first 8 issues of the series.  It's an attempt to take the X-Men back to when they were teenagers and the stories are fun, not Angst driven.

The Starman Omnibus - gone

The Adventures of TinTin - Vol 1-2.  These are some smaller sized hardcovers of Tintin collecting the first 6 adventures.

Absolute Sandman Vol 1-3. gone

absolute league of extraordinary gentlemen vol 2  gone

absolute The New Frontier- collects all of Darwyn Cooke's amazing retelling of the formation of the justice league.  absolute edition has copious amounts of notes to make certain you know everything being referenced.

Fables - vol 1-7.  A damn lot of Fables, the great series from Vertigo about displaced fairy tale characters living in nyc.

100 bullets - 1-3.  GONE

preacher - 1-9.  GONE

the invisibles 1-3 +disinfo guide to invisibles.  first three volumes of grant morrison's mindbending work.  disinfo guide to the invisibles is a page by page, panel by panel breakdown of the comic book with a ton of interviews with everyone involved.

Doom Patrol - 1-6.  GONE

manga.
Emma - vol 1+2.  cute romance of a victorian maid.
monster 1-9, most of a suspenseful serial killer thriller

I have a ton of other paperbacks (largely of the horror or sci-fi variety which if you're interested, i could put together a list)

I also have a ton of PSP games but since everyone pirates those anyway, I don't even know if i should ebay them.

I'm willing to buy some books from you.  Anything non-fiction that has some historical basis?  Any outside chance that you might have Disney War (expose on Eisner)?

argh.  previous solid lead looks like it's evaporating and another company who wants to interview keeps talking to me like a 12 year old girl texting someone.
