Title: Battle Fantasia Impressions Thread

I feel like i've gone back in time and imported a game for Sega Saturn/Sega Dreamcast. Its that same mix of ULTRA charming and complete attention to artistic detail with passable gameplay and a complete lack of interest in translating the game beyond subtitles lol.

So far im having fun with it, its plenty zany and the 3D is VERY clean and the music is really great and the stages are fun to look at.

I didn't like the demo I tried back in the Spring, but I'm not a huge fighting game fan.

Marco is the best. He's a little kid running around in armor, and one of his win poses is his mom comes around looking for him haha. "marcooo"

This is the best endorsement you could've given it, in my book.  I'd like to get this when I have one o' them newfangled next-gen consoles.

I like all the dumb little RPG in jokes, your characters even have an HP count. I've noticed the game also keeps the action close, running is no option, much like Guilty Gear

Didn't enjoy the demo too much myself. Looked too much like a weaboo JRPG orgasm.

Marco's story mode was awesome. The gunslinger guy seems cool too but his moveset seems harder.

Totally, flame survived. Got an achievement. Actually Marco's main scenario doesnt have him face off against the big bad guy.
