Title: Moon Safari omg

I'm digging this album a lot. For some reason it's rather nostalgic for me, although I only got it two days ago. All the songs are pretty good, although I've broken all types of "no homo" edicts by having a song named Sexy Boy in my playlist  :-\

My downtempo exploration continues! suggestions are welcome

ehh it's ok but it didn't really grab me. I especially dislike that Daft Punk-ish electronic voice shit.

:bow air :bow2

And the only thing labeled ambient that is worth listening to is shit with Brian Eno's name on it.  A lot of low key electronic music gets labeled ambient for no discernible reason.

I thought ambient was just stuff with less structure/no beat. Whereas downtempo stuff is like laid back stuff with beats and sometimes vocals. Zero 7 for instance.

I think I might like Moon Safari more than Simple Sounds

I dunno what Zero 7 was.  I thought he was just recommending stuff in a way that like, indicated Air was ambient.

My most listened to Air is probably the Virgin Suicides Soundtrack.  All their albums are pretty great, though.
